Returning to the egalitarian noodle bar notion that he first proposed with Wagamama, Cha Cha Moon applies the same fast-casual, bench-seating, open-kitchen approach to a pan Chinese menu of noodle dishes created by Hakkasan's Michelin-starred chef Tong Chee Hwee. The cooking aside, details tweaked from the Wagamama days include a softer interior, cushioned benches and a quirky list of far-flung soft drinks.
