Hakkasan Miami Beach opens
Alan Yau opens his first U.S. restaurant, Hakkasan at the Fountainbleau Miami Beach. For the Miami location, Yau collaborated with French interior design firm Gilles & Boissier, credited with such inspired projects such as Maison Boulud in Beijing, W Hotel in Shanghai and the Moncler shops, to create the restaurant's contemporary ethnic interior.

Princi products now available in Selfridges
Ewan Venters, Director of Food and Restaurants at Selfridges says: "We are delighted to be bringing a taste of Princi into store with the launch their world renowned breads and pastries. Cha Cha Moon opens in Whiteleys
Alan collaborated with esteemed Tokyo based architect Kengo Kuma to design the second cha cha moon to create a dramatic space of bamboo, Chinese limestone and mirrors &mdash a palette of materials that is quintessentially Kuma.
