2004年，Alan Yau与Christian Liagre再度合作成功地创办了丘记茶苑。这是继Hakkasan之后Yau的又一家Michelin星级餐馆。在这家美丽如画的茶餐厅内，顾客们不光可以全日享用精细的广东点心，而且还能品尝到高级法式亚洲甜食以及世界最上名贵的茶叶。
